White Sulphur Springs HVAC Replacement   2

Background
The US Forest Service, Monongahela National Forest has a requirement to replace the HVAC in the White Sulphur Springs Office. The requirement is being solicited under Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in conjunction with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before the award of the contract.

Work Details
The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing furnace system and the installation of new replacement components equal to or exceeding the original unit performance and specifications. The existing components include two (2) each of gas furnace/evaporator unit, condensing unit, DX coil, and programmable thermostats. The project location is White Sulphur Springs, 410 Main St E, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986. The magnitude of construction project is between $25,000 and $50,000.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 30 days after notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.

The construction projects will be performed at White Sulphur Springs, 410 Main St E, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986.
