Solicitation Amendment 0002, posted on 3/9/23 updates the Solicitation including the Schedule of Items, evaluation factors, Statement of Work, Specifications, Electrical Plan and wage determination. These documents have been replaced in their entirety from the initial posting. The solicitation questions & answers and pre-quote conference attendee list are added as attachments.

Solicitation Amendment 0001, posted on 2/24/23 extends the date the quotes are due to 3/24/23 by 4:00pm Eastern.
Also, the site visit on 2/13/23 resulted in questions that will be addressed in a future amendment including updated Solicitation, Statement of Work, Specifications, Electrical Plans, and the site visit questions and answers. This is anticipated to be posted by 3/10/23.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity on the Monongahela National Forest for electrical improvements at the White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Office.

The work is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements statute, formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act, and is set-aside for small businesses. See attachments for complete details and quote submission instructions.

This announcement constitutes a solicitation for construction issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with FAR Part 13, no previous synopsis was posted subject to FAR 13.105(a) with reference to the exception found at FAR 5.202(13).

Interested contractors must be active in SAM.gov at the date and time quotes are due to be eligible for award. Quotes submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered.

The solicitation is posted to SAM.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information requests.
