The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues Solicitation W52P1J-20-R-3006 for White Phosphorus (WP). This solicitation will result in a 5 year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Under the authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3, this procurement is restricted to authorized distributors of White Phosphorus produced by Monsanto within the U.S., it's outlying areas, and Canada. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation).
