Western Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (WRMACC)   2

NASA/AFRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Western Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (WRMACC), Indefinity Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition to perform construction services.

WRMACC will cover both Northern California and Southern California. The majority of the construction work applied to this contract will be performed for NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Ames Research Center (ARC), NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (NOJMO), AND Edwards Air Force Base, United States Air Force (EAFB) but will be available to other locations to include: Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex (GDSCC) in Fort Irwin, CA; Santa Susana Field Laboratory (SSFL) in Simi Valley, CA.

The total ordering value of all contracts is $450,000,000.00 and the effort shall have a period of performance of five years.

This acquisition is a a total small business set-aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 236220 and $36.5M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about March 1, 2025 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about April 1, 2025.

The firm date for receipt of bids or proposals will be stated in the RFP. Drawings will be available via electronic methods, information for obtaining documents will be provided in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

If a solicitation is released, then it will be available on www.sam.gov with instructions on how to obtain additional documents.
