ANNOUNCEMENT: The Governments intent with Attachment 8 Cost Spreadsheet in conjunction with the Request for Proposal N68936-14-R-0022 is to streamline cost proposal analysis by establishing a baseline for Government evaluation. This announcement serves as an update to any previous Q&As specific to this subject matter. If an Offeror suspects or identifies any excel formula discrepancies, formatting preferences (e.g. $, %, 0.0000 etc.), or other needed changes to accurately reflect their proposal, the Offeror may adjust the Attachment 8 Cost Spreadsheet to resolve the identified deficiencies for submission with their cost proposal. Upon execution of any adjustment, the Offeror shall insert comments into Attachment 8 spreadsheet (at the exact cell location) to provide rationale for the adjustment.

***Please note that in the event of a discrepancy between the Offeror's cost proposal submission identified in Section L and Attachment 8, the Government will use the cost proposal as the basis of the Government's evaluation position.***
