The project scope of work includes exterior parking lot signage and Medical Office Building Office signange installation.

Background
The solicitation is for a turnkey signage project at the Garland VA Medical Center. The project will consist of developing a complete interior and exterior signage and wayfinding program in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The goal is to align the signage with the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VA NTHCS) standards to improve patient navigation and hospital efficiencies.

Work Details
The project scope includes three phases: Phase 1 involves programming for new exterior signage in parking lots and 100% installation of previously purchased Medical Office Building (MOB) signage.
Phase 2 includes fabrication and delivery of exterior signage, while Phase 3 involves removal of existing signage and installation of new signage. The contractor is required to provide project management, signage fabrication, service, installation services, and long-term maintenance services. The ideal contractor should have experience in providing turnkey signage programs for health care facilities.

Period of Performance
The ensuing contract from this solicitation will be for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of award.
