Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a small business vendor to perform brick repointing repairs and apply a waterproofing sealer to the exterior brick of a pump station building in Providence, RI. The work includes repointing and approximately 84 linear feet of crack repairs on the south and east sides of the building, covering an area of approximately 18,000 sq ft.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform brick repointing repairs and apply a waterproofing sealer to the exterior brick of the pump station building in Providence, RI. The work includes repointing and crack repairs on specific sides of the building, with limited access to wall areas using manlift equipment. The contractor must commence work within 14 days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete it within 180 days from notice to proceed. All work must be done during specified hours on weekdays, in compliance with safety requirements outlined by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1). The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and letters of certification. Access to work areas will be through Dominion Energy's Power Station with established security policies.

Period of Performance
The work shall commence within 14 days after the Contractor received the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall be completed within 180 days from notice to proceed.
