Background
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for washer and dryer rental and maintenance services in the northwest Florida area. The goal of this contract is to provide laundry services to military members residing in unaccompanied housing at various locations including the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) School at Eglin Air Force Base, CID Corry Station, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, and Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC). This contract will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all new washers and dryers (collectively known as 'Units'), labor, supervision, material, repair parts, supplies, equipment, and repairs of washers and dryers as specified. Key tasks include:

1. Delivering and installing front-loading washers that are new (less than three years old), commercial grade, electric (120 Volt), fully automatic with a minimum capacity of 14 pounds. Washers must have temperature settings of hot, cold, and warm and be UL approved.

2. Providing new commercial grade dryers with a minimum drum capacity of 5.75 cubic feet, three drying temperature selections, and UL approval. Dryers must have features such as overload protection and removable lint screens.

3. Ensuring all Units are white in color and do not include coin devices.

4. Delivering Units to specified Areas of Responsibility (AOR) at no additional expense including EOD School in Fort Walton Beach, CID Corry Station in Pensacola, NAS Pensacola, and NATTC Unaccompanied Housing.

5. Performing on-site visits prior to installation to ensure proper connections for power supply cords and drainage within 10 feet of proposed locations.

6. Installing Units including necessary hook-ups to existing Government discharge vents.

7. Posting operating instructions for Units at each AOR along with contact information for reporting issues.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from September 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at multiple locations in northwest Florida including Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach and various sites in Pensacola.
