Solicitation W911SA-25-Q-3035 will be issued on Thursday, 14 November 2025, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Quotes shall be emailed to Jeremy.l.berlin.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Background
The U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Hunter Liggett, located in Jolon, California, is a reserve training center that conducts training and exercises annually. The facility spans approximately 165,000 acres and includes around 500 buildings. The population base consists of approximately 800 military personnel, government civilians, contractors, and their families. The training population can surge up to 10,000 military personnel annually.

This solicitation is for Washer and Dryer Maintenance Services to support the maintenance of government-owned appliances across multiple buildings within the cantonment area.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform washer and dryer maintenance services at Fort Hunter Liggett. Services include:
1. Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for commercial-grade stackable and top/front load washers and dryers.
2. Basic cleaning services for laundry room areas.
3. Regularly scheduled maintenance and inspections as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Emergency repairs and part replacement services as needed.
5. Maintenance logs must be submitted monthly detailing the work performed.
6. Service tickets must be provided for each maintenance visit.
7. Minor repairs may be conducted without prior approval; however, major repairs require notification to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
8. The contractor must maintain cleanliness of equipment and laundry areas.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from January 17, 2025 to January 16, 2026 with four option years available until January 16, 2030, plus a six-month option to extend services until June 16, 2030.
