Background
The solicitation is for Warrior Skills Trainer Support Services at Fort McCoy, WI. The contract is a firm fixed price non-personal services contract to provide Warrior Skill Trainer operation and maintenance. The services include operation, maintenance, and instructor support of the WST simulator and Mobile Marksmanship Trainer Simulator (MMTS). The period of performance shall be for one base period of 12 months, one 12-month option period, and a six-month option to extend services.
The work will be performed at Fort McCoy, WI 54656.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform WST Support as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include supporting the existing WST and MMTS using Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3) software to provide training; conducting less than company size unit threat mitigation training using the MMTS and WST; providing training on platoon and company maneuver battle drills and Gunnery Qualifications; conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) to provide training feedback; providing Instructor/Operator (I/O) support for MMTS and WST; performing maintenance support and equipment accountability; developing Phase-In/Phase-Out Plans for the next contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one base period of 12 months, one 12-month option period, and a six-month option to extend services.
