THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS:

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source, non-commercial modification under contract W56HZV-22-C-0035 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The modification is for the procurement of the Warfighter Information Network Tactical (WIN-T) Next Generation (NG) Point of Prescence (POP) A-Kit and Soldier Network Extension (SNE) A-Kit used on the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV). The NAICS code is 334419. ACC-DTA anticipates issuing the solicitation on or around 16 June 2024. The following items will be included in this solicitation:
