Waco Mitigation Boundary Fencing   2

Location: Waco Lake, TX: Total Small Business Set Aside Invitation for Bid. Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for Building Construction to construct and renovate existing/new boundary fencing at Waco Lake, Waco TX. Segment A The Contractor shall construct approximately 2500 linear ft. of 6 strand barbed wire fence with one continuous line of fence supported by "H" braces, line posts and "T" posts, all posts and bracing shall be installed prior to stretching any wire. Segment B The Contractor starting at the existing fence line that terminates at boundary marker 1568-2-2 and continue Eastward to marker 1568-2-1 then turning Northbound and 1568-2 until tying into the existing fence line that terminates at section 1567-1. The Contractor shall construct approximately 4500 linear ft. of 6 strand barbed wire fence with one continuous line of fence supported by "H" braces, line posts and "T" posts. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the Boundary Fencing at Waco Lake, Waco, Texas as specified in the solicitation that will be attached to the future Invitation For Bid (IFB). All work shall comply with all State, local and Federal laws and regulations, and applicable code requirements.

The project will include: The fence will include one 12 ft. vehicle access gate located 500 ft southwest of boundary marker 1568-4-1.

Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project (ii) between $25,000. 00 to $100,000, 00

Responses are due on 15 March 2021 NLT 10:00 AM. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded using Lowest Price Responsible bidder. Anticipated contract award date on or about 1 April 2021.

Anticipated project completion date is 30 days from Notice to proceed.
