Waco Consolidated Services

Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for the Waco Consolidated Services project. The contract performance will consist of one twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods and one six-month option. The work shall be performed in support of the USACE Three Rivers Region located at the Waco Lake Areas, 2330 West Highway 6, Waco, TX 76712.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facility cleaning, grounds cleaning, beach water testing and refuse collection and refuse disposal as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The services include general grounds cleaning, cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, cleaning picnic/camp sites, cleaning group shelters and group camping shelter, cleaning screened camping shelters, cleaning dump stations, cleaning playgrounds and play amenity areas, cleaning courtesy docks and piers, cleaning swim beaches, collecting and disposing of refuse, restroom vault pumping services, providing and servicing portable toilets and testing beach water.

Period of Performance
The contract consists of one twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods and one six-month option.

Place of Performance
The work shall be performed at various park facilities and locations around Waco Lake in Texas.
