WAATS and USPFO Laundry Service

Background
The contract is issued by the Arizona Army National Guard for laundry services at the Western Army Aviation Training Site (WAATS) and the United States Property and Fiscal Accounting Office, Supply Services, and Transportation (USP&FO - SS&T).

The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive laundry services, ensuring that all necessary items are cleaned, repaired, and delivered in a timely manner to support military operations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform laundry service. Specific tasks include:
1. Pick-up, clean, wash, dry, and deliver WAATS Linen.
2. Perform minor sewing repairs on items with holes or tears not exceeding 12 inches in a single linear direction or replace zippers.
3. Clean various items including bath towels, pillowcases, bed sheets, bed comforters, wash clothes, hand towels, pillows, sleeping bags (in coyote, black, foliage green, and grey), bivy covers (coyote and digital), stuff sacks (grey small and large), outerwear (grey parka and trousers), laundry bags (green), fleeces (tan), helmet covers (OCP), coveralls (OCP), wet weather liners (Digital and OCP), ruck field packs (medium and large), duffle bags (green), wool blankets (green), maternity coats and trousers (OCP), medium and large ruck bags (OCP), IFAK pouches (Digital and OCP).

All services must be performed at the Contractor's facility following the performance schedule outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 23, 2024 to September 22, 2025. There are options for extensions that may extend the performance period through September 22, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Contractor's facility.
