Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is issuing this contract for the removal of two existing mooring clusters at Dudley's Creek Marina in Swansboro, North Carolina.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and compliant disposal of these structures in accordance with state and local solid waste disposal regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove and dispose of two piling clusters located at Dudley's Creek Marina.

The specific tasks include:
1) Removing the two existing mooring clusters;
2) Disposing of the removed materials off-site in compliance with applicable regulations;
3) Adhering to safety and occupational health requirements as outlined in EM 385-1-1;
