Background

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles required to perform mowing and other maintenance services at Beach City Lake Dam and Bolivar Dam. Key tasks include:

1. Grass mowing and maintenance of landscaped areas to maintain safe and aesthetically pleasing conditions.
2. Trimming weeds and similar vegetation within designated areas.
3. Ensuring all mowing operations are conducted during daylight hours and adhering to specified mowing cycles.
4. Performing cleaning services in recreation areas including restrooms, picnic areas, and campgrounds without interfering with users.
5. Conducting regular inspections of playgrounds and documenting findings.
6. Managing waste disposal in compliance with local laws.
7. Reporting any safety hazards or damages immediately to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for one year with four optional one-year extensions available.
