Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.

The mission of this contract is to provide snow removal services at the Army Reserve facility KS100 located at 300 Navy Drive, New Century, KS, ensuring safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks during winter weather.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for snow removal as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
1. Snow and ice removal from all designated areas including roadways and sidewalks.
2. Application of skid-free treatments using contractor-furnished sand or salt that complies with local regulations.
3. Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day based on snowfall conditions.
4. The contractor must begin snow plowing operations within two hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Designated Representative (DR).
5. Snow accumulation management must adhere to specified guidelines regarding billing for plowing based on snow depth.
6. End-of-season cleanup is required in spring.
