Background
The Department of Pathology, Laboratory Services at the General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) is seeking to establish a Cost per Reportable Result (CPRR) arrangement for the provision of laboratory analyzers. This initiative is part of preparations for the new hospital set to open in FY26 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The goal is to enhance laboratory services with modern equipment that supports efficient and accurate urinalysis testing.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one (1) Primary Chemistry Analyzer and one (1) Microscopic Analyzer, which will work together as a random access urinalysis analyzer system. The contract includes on-site training, maintenance services, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary services. Key specifications include:
- The analyzers must fit within dimensions of 29.88” wide x 29.75” deep x 33.75” high and weigh no more than 200 lbs.
- Must be a dry unit with ancillary drainage.
- Capable of holding a minimum of 10 samples per rack and analyzing up to 50 patients in one hour.
- Must interface with the Laboratory Information System (LIS) Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and be compatible with MHS Genesis.
- The system must include a data management system for quality control and patient reports, capable of downloading data to external storage devices.
- Delivery of reagents will occur on an 'As Needed' basis within 7 calendar days from request.

The contract period aligns with the opening of the new hospital in FY26.
