The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Karl Storz Urology Endoscope Equipment Lease, Service Agreement, and On-site Technician for the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Responses shall be submitted to Noaa.Lanotte@va.gov by 10:00am MST on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and services. A draft Statement of Work is attached. The attached SOW is a draft and is NOT finalized. If any portions are unclear, prohibited, and/or you are unsure about the draft description of the requirement please list your comments and/or concerns in your response so they can be addressed. Work Details
The draft Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirement for Karl Storz Equipment Lease with Service Agreement and On-Site Endoscopic Technician at the SLC VA Medical Center. The equipment must have specific characteristics, including rigid cystoscopes, Bella 4K AIDA Image Management Unit, Blue Light Cystoscopy Rigid Telescopes, Power LED Saphira D-Light PDD Light Source, Saphira Image1 S Video Processor CCU’s Technology, Saphira BLCC High-Definition Camera Head, Ureteroscopes, Resectoscope Set, HoLEP Set, Percutaneous Nephroscope, and Forceps. The vendor will deliver all leased equipment to the SLC Medical Center warehouse and provide services such as On-Site Endoscopic Specialist (OES) for the Operating Room, Vendor-Neutral Equipment Management and Troubleshooting, Equipment Set up, Back Table Break down, Case Support, Case Cart Management, Robotics Support, and Protection1 Comprehensive Service Agreement.
