Background
The CW Bill Young VA Medical Center has procured a Cath Lab Imaging System to replace the existing system used for Electrophysiology (EP) and Pacemaker procedures. During the construction and replacement of this system, the Cardiology Section will be performing these procedures in an Operating Room in the Main OR.

The goal of this contract is to provide the CW Bill Young VA Medical Center (VAMC) with a short-term rental of a Siemens Cios Alpha VA30 System - Portable C-Arm X-Ray System, or an equivalent product, along with a compatible Imaging Table. This rental will facilitate the continuation of EP and Pacemaker procedures during the renovation of the EP Cath Lab.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a 6-month lease for a C-Arm X-Ray System, specifically a Siemens Cios Alpha VA30 System or an equivalent model. The system must be portable and compatible with an imaging table suitable for use in Electrophysiology and Pacemaker procedures. The services include delivery, setup, maintenance, and support for the duration of the lease to ensure uninterrupted operation during the renovation period.

Period of Performance
6 months from the start date of the contract.
