Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide refrigerated trailer rental services for the Clarksburg VAMC. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of dual-zoned trailers for perishable food storage, supporting the kitchen operations at the facility. This requirement is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one 53-foot refrigerated trailer and one 25-foot refrigerated trailer with freezer and cooler capabilities. The scope includes: trailer rental, maintenance, electrical work, electrical supplies, qualified electrician services, warranty, repairs, tools provision, qualified technician support, temperature monitoring, delivery of trailers, and removal of rental trailers during the contract period.

Specific tasks include:
- Installation of a new electrical circuit and disconnect for the 25-foot trailer.
- Ensuring both trailers are under warranty for the life of the contract.
- Providing temperature sensor/alarm monitoring with external display capabilities.
- Offering same-day on-site refrigeration service for temperature variations.
- Coordinating delivery by 12/20/2024 and pick-up within 10 days post-contract completion.
- Providing training to VAMC staff upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year, starting from December 20, 2024, to December 19, 2025.
