The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of Vocational Training Program: Commercial Drivers License Class A services for the federal offenders incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Seagoville located in Seagoville, Texas. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, four one-year options for renewal at the discretion of the government.

The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 611310, with a small business size standard of $34.5 million. This solicitation is unrestricted.

The estimated quantities for the base year and each option year are 1250 sessions per year. A session is defined as an hour. The successful contractor shall provide employees with all the required experience and education in both fields with valid certifications.
