The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Beaumont, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Vocational Training Services Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Course for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Beaumont, Texas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools (Size Standard: $30,000,000). This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one year performance period.
All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services in accordance to the Statement of Work (1 program).

Quotes shall be received on or before the deadline Friday, September 01, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. Faxed and hand delivered quotes will not be accepted. Quotes received after the quote deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 212-1(f).
