Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of Vocational Programs: Electrical, Diesel Technician, and Plumbing for male offenders at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all services at FCI El Reno located at US Highway 66 West, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036. The contractor will normally provide seven (1) hour sessions per day, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor will not work when the Education Department has departmental training. A minimum of three days’ notice will be given (estimated maximum 10 days per year). The contractor shall not normally exceed 35 hours per week. The contractor will be paid on a pro-rated basis in quarter hour increments for time spent that falls below a complete hour.
Delays in performance of work may be experienced due to inclement weather, electrical or mechanical problems, or other security matters.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract will include a base year period from the Effective Date of Award (EDOA) through 6 months from the EDOA, with four possible 12-month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the government.
