Virtualized Intelligence Platform Engineering and Research (VIPER)

The following Solicitation Notice (FA8750-18-R-0002) for Virtualized Intelligence Platform Engineering and Research (VIPER) includes the following changes:

This amendments incorporates FA8750-18-R-0002, Amendment No. 1.

Section L RIK-L008 (h)(1) has been revised as shown below:

FROM:
Direct Costs: The Offeror shall propose costs for each of the Orders 0001 and 0002 using the information found in provision RIK-L005, Program Effort, which augments Attachment Nos. 8 and 10,
Orders 0001 and 0002 Performance Work Descriptions, by defining quantities appropriate for the Order. Propose direct hourly rates for each based upon the Offeror's own labor categories. Offeror must include a description of the Offeror's own categories.

TO:
Direct Costs: The Offeror shall propose costs for each of the Orders 0001 and 0002 using the information found in provision RIK-L005, Program Effort, which augments Attachment Nos. 8 and 10,
Orders 0001 and 0002 Performance Work Descriptions, by defining quantities appropriate for the Order. The Offeror shall base the cost proposal on the Government-defined direct labor categories contained in Attachment No. 17. Offeror's must include a description of the Offeror's own categories identifying why they match the Government-defined categories.
