Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for video production services. The FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia has a twofold mission: to lead and inspire, through excellence in training and research, the education and development of FBI employees and the criminal justice community, and to influence change and forge partnerships that ensure the safety and security of the citizens of the United States and the world.

The Creative Media Development Unit (CMDU) has a requirement to produce instructional media, live multicast events, animations, and other multi-media materials in order to accomplish this mission.

Work Details
The contract requires commercial services to provide technical production staff, actors, voice talent, equipment, set design and construction, web-hosting services, and other related video production and post-production services as needed. Productions may include instructional videos, live multicast events, demonstration videos, scenarios, and other videos that support classroom instruction. The support requests may be small, medium, or large, requiring anywhere from one day to several months to complete. Both parties must agree upon the basis and requirements of each specific task before work begins.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is from the effective date of the contract through 60 months.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes but is not limited to Quantico, VA.
