Vertiv (liebert) CRAC Units

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is seeking sources for the procurement of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units through a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract vehicle. This requirement is part of the Capital Project FTFA 17-1082_BLDG 374 GWEF UPGRADE APPS CRAC UNITS at Eglin AFB, FL.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide new, unused, and latest model CRAC units. The specific requirements include:

- **Procurement:** Supply of the specified CRAC units as detailed in the Equipment List.
- **Delivery:** Delivery of the CRAC units to 796 CES / CEOER, 506 DeLeon St. Suite 1070 at Eglin AFB FL 32542. Required Delivery Date: 10/01/25.
- **Documentation:** Providing all necessary documentation including manufacturer's technical data sheets, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals, and warranty information.

- Quantity: 7
- Specifications: 5700 CFM, 490 FPM, 160 MBTU/HR, 460V-3Ph-60Hz
- Design Basis: LIEBERT - CW041

2. **CRAC - Array/Gen Room**
- Unit Tags: ACU 50-70
- Quantity: 21
- Specifications: 4600 CFM, 470 FPM, 96.5 MBTU/HR, 460V-3Ph-60Hz
- Design Basis: LIEBERT - PW029

**General Requirements:** Compliance with all applicable ASHRAE, ASME, and UL standards is required. The Contractor shall deliver the specified CRAC units and all required documentation as outlined in Section 2.0. Equipment must be secured and packaged for outdoor storage until installation.

Period of Performance
Delivery required by October 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), Florida.
