The wall fan systems shall be complete in place. Systems shall be fully inspected by the Contractor. Provide any manufacturer's warranty on the newly installed systems including installation.

This work shall include all health and safety systems and devices that will meet or surpass all Federal, State, Local and model codes.
The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage to persons or property that occurs as a result of the Contractor's fault or negligence. The Contractor shall also be responsible for all materials delivered and work performed until completion and acceptance of the entire work, except for any completed unit of work which may have been accepted under the contract.

Time of performance shall be: 45 days

The Government will occupy the site during construction and will require use of the area. Coordinate with the Government's representatives during construction operations to minimize conflicts and facilitate usage. Perform the Work in a manner that does not interfere with the Government's operations. The Work of this Contract may require additional coordination of activities with the Forest Service and other Contractors that may be working on other projects in the area. Provide two weeks notice prior to the start of construction at each site so the Forest may prepare the work area.
