Background
The U.S. Embassy in Athens, Greece, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vehicle repair and maintenance services for all U.S. Government-owned official vehicles.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the vehicles are maintained in optimal condition, supporting the embassy's operations and mission.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services for all U.S. Government-owned official European or U.S. type vehicles.
Services include but are not limited to: performing all required vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined in the scope of work, ensuring that no more than one customer complaint is received per month, and adhering to quality assurance standards set forth by the embassy.
The contractor must also manage quality control to meet contract standards and submit invoices after completion of each work, supported by delivery tickets.

Period of Performance
The BPA will be effective until May 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the American Embassy compound located at 91 Vas. Sofias Avenue, 101 60 Athens, Greece, or at the offeror’s facilities if necessary.
