Description

The U.S. Embassy in Libreville has a requirement for the purchase of several non-tactical vehicles.

Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

Offers are due by Wednesday August 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., local time.

All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time (In pdf and Microsoft Excel formats). The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Libreville has a requirement for the purchase of several non-tactical vehicles. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract, and all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 will be included.
