VEGETATION AND HERBICIDE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THROUGHOUT THE KANSAS CITY DISTRICT

This solicitation covers the Vegetation and Herbicide Management Services to be awarded at each of the areas listed in the tables below. The attachments for each specific area are all available to download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. These individual area attachments will include the Performance Work Statement, Supplemental Bid Schedules, Site Visit Information, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination.

Interested vendors are urged to inspect the areas where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Further information may be obtained from the Lake Project Offices by contacting the Point of Contact (POC) for each area specified in the tables below. This solicitation is expected to result in 6 different contract awards; a separate award for each Lake Project. Offerors should only submit an offer for the Lake Projects which they wish to be considered. Quotes received that are not complying with this requirement will be considered non-responsive and can be rejected.
