This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Background
The US Forest Service, CSA#6 Team, announces a total small business set-aside request for quote opportunity for vault (toilet) pumping services on the Hiawatha National Forest, Ignace Ranger District, Government Island, located in Michigan. It is anticipated that one firm fixed price contract will be awarded from this solicitation. Work Details
Furnish all material, equipment, labor, supervision, dump fees, supplies, and misc. materials necessary to Pump 2 vault toilets on Government Island once per year for 5 years.
Barge service in Cedarville, Michigan by Flotation Docking.
Provide 700 linear feet of hose and pump vaults at two different locations on Island.
Take barge back to Flotation Docking’s Cedarville dock, legally dispose of waste.

Period of Performance
June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024 for the base year with four option periods extending the contract until June 2029.
