Valet Parking Services - Base Year only- VA Las Vegas, Nevada   8

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit proposals for Valet Services from qualified quoters. The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Valet Services for the VA Medical Center. The solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide valet parking services at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The contractor is required to supply equipment and staff for valet service at the main entrances to the VASNHS main hospital building. The services are to be furnished Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays.
The contractor shall park and/or assist in parking for Veteran patients only, five days per week. The service shall include assisting patients and their families who request this front door service, assisting with wheelchairs and other devices in and out of cars, escorting patients inside, and parking of automobiles.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance will be for a Base year and four one-year options. The anticipated start date will be on or near November 01, 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
