The GSA is offering approximately 6,157 usable square feet of retail space at 811 Vermont Street NW, Washington DC 20420, specifically facing 15th Street NW near Eye (I) Street NW. The area includes multiple all-glass storefronts ideal for merchandising displays and a wide sidewalk that may be suitable for outdoor dining.

The lease terms propose a firm five-year lease with an option for a mutual five-year renewal. Spaces are divisible starting from approximately 700 square feet, and they will be provided in 'as is' condition with a cold, dark shell. A small amount of work is anticipated to begin this year, with completion expected by Fall 2025.
