Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, VA (HVAMC), 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667 provides diagnostic and therapeutic services in medicine, surgery, rehabilitation medicine, psychiatry, and skilled nursing home care. This care facility also provides ambulatory services for Veterans in certain circumstances.
The contract shall include a requirement for Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Life Support Ambulance Services. The contractor shall furnish twenty-four (24) hour ambulance service for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Hampton, Virginia.

Work Details
The Hampton VA Medical Center has a requirement for non-emergency ALS/BLS ambulance service as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Service to be provided from 1 June 2023 through 31 May 2024. The total maximum contract value shall not exceed $6,500,000.00. The minimum guaranteed order(s) value for this master IDIQ contract award is $5,000.00.
The services include Basic Life Support Ambulance Services and Advanced Life Support Ambulance Services with detailed descriptions of the services and their associated costs.

1 June 2023 through 31 May 2024

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia, as well as several other locations in Virginia and North Carolina.
