Background
The DOI, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), in support of Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), seeks information from companies potentially interested in providing fully contractor operated and maintained Aerial Supervision aircraft for non-fire flight services to the Midway and Palmyra Atolls when requested.
