The Northwest Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (NWRMC/PSNS & IMF) Everett, Washington intends to award a firm-fixed price modification to accomplish an additional 1 Out of Scope Work Specification to be added to VIGOR contract N4523A22C0552 awarded on 26 September 2022 to Vigor Marine LLC (Vigor Marine), 1801 16th Ave SW, Seattle WA 98134, for the FY22 Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) of the USS JOHN PAUL JONES (DDG-53). The 1 Out of Scope Work Specification to be added to the contract is outlined in Table 1 below.

This acquisition is planned to be a sole source award under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336611 (Non-Nuclear Ship repair West).

The expected period of performance is 31 October 2022 05 April 2024.

The Government does not intend to solicit for offers from prospective contractors as this is a sole source acquisition (10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1)).
