Background
The USNS ZEUS (T ARC 7) Regular Overhaul Dry-Docking is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The response date is 22 August 2023 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Work Details
The contract involves preparing for and accomplishing the Regular Overhaul Dry-Docking of the USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7). It includes various work items such as Category 'A' Work Items, MSC Category 'A' Work Items, NUWC CAT 'A' ITEM, AGR and ODC, and optional Category 'B' WIs. The work also encompasses physical security at a private contractor's facility in FPCON Charlie - Delta. The contract requires the contractor to prepare for and accomplish the VR, overhaul, or alterations of the USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7) as specified in the WI package provided in Attachment J-1 – WI Package (Specifications). All work shall be performed at the contractor’s shipyard.

Period of Performance
The period of performance ranges from 17 January 2024 to 20 May 2024 for most work items, with some optional Category 'B' WIs not required to be accomplished as part of this contract as awarded.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor’s shipyard.
