Background
The contract is issued for maintenance and repair services on the HVAC system aboard the USNS YUMA, which is part of the U.S. Navy fleet.

Work Details

1. Painting/Lagging:
- Prepare, prime, paint, and restore all new, soiled, and disturbed surfaces to match surrounding surfaces.
- Renew lagging where damaged or disturbed.
2. Technical Submission Requirements:
- The quote must contain all pre-award submission/certification requirements as defined in the statement of work (SOW).
3. Delivery Requirements:
- The required delivery is FOB Destination with acceptance at Philadelphia Navy Yard, Philadelphia, PA.
