Background
The USNS WILLIAM MCLEAN (T-AKE 12) Regular Overhaul Availability is a requirement for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk. The place of performance will be at a Contractor’s facility on the East and Gulf Coast. The work package includes approximately 64 work items, with a sample of work items to be accomplished listed below.

Work Details
The work items to be accomplished include general services for the ship, flight deck preservation, port and starboard deckhouse preservation, exterior grating replacement, cleaning main generators and propulsion controls, and bow thruster maintenance.
The period of performance information indicates that the work will be performed on the East and Gulf Coast over a 62-day period commencing on or about 15 March. The contract is set aside as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
