Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is soliciting offers for a contract related to the USNS William McLean (T-AKE 12) for the fiscal year 2025. The goal of this contract is to evaluate past performance of contractors to ensure quality service and supply delivery.

Work Details
The solicitation includes a Past Performance Questionnaire that contractors must complete, providing detailed information on their previous performance under specific contracts. The questionnaire requests descriptions of services or supplies provided, ratings on performance in various areas such as technical quality, schedule/timeliness, management or business relations, and small business subcontracting.

Contractors are asked to rate their performance as Exceptional, Very Good, Satisfactory, Marginal, or Unsatisfactory and provide explanations for ratings of Exceptional or Unsatisfactory. Additionally, contractors must indicate whether they would hire the contractor again for future services.

Period of Performance
The evaluation process for past performance will take place before the closing date of the solicitation on April 10, 2025.
