Background
The solicitation is for the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO 188) FY 24 ROH/DD. The work involves a voyage repair, overhaul, or alterations of the vessel as specified in the WI package provided in Attachment J-1. The work is to be performed at the contractor’s shipyard. The contractor shall be responsible for providing necessary management, procurement, production, testing, technical capability and resources, and quality assurance services.

Work Details
The scope of work includes preparing for and accomplishing the ROH/DD of the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO 188) as per Attachment J-1. It also involves physical security at a private contractor's facility in FPCON Charlie - Delta, continuation of services, steel replacement in the clean linen storeroom, drydock and undock – additional days, UNREP station steel repairs, and other optional work items. The contract work shall be performed by a contractor capable of performing the full scope of the requirement within its own facilities or subcontracting for elements beyond its capability or capacity. The contractor shall assume full responsibility for integrated scheduling, cost, and quality of subcontractor performance.

Place of Performance
Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be performed at the contractor’s shipyard.
