Background
The solicitation is for the USNS HUMPHREYS MTA FY23 contract. The contract has undergone 5 amendments due to system errors, which have not been posted to PIEE. This amendment aims to provide information already included and posted in PIEE and update the solicitation close date.

Work Details
The scope of work includes preparing for and accomplishing the voyage repair, overhaul, or alterations of the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO 188) as specified in the WI package. The contractor is responsible for various tasks such as management, procurement, production, testing, technical capability and resources, quality assurance services, progress measurement systems, configuration control procedures, staging and storing of material, managing subcontractors' performance, and employing sound engineering practice and principles. The contract work must be performed by an eligible contractor capable of performing the full scope of the requirement within its own facilities or through subcontracting. The contractor must possess industry certifications such as MSRA, ABR, or ISO Certification.

Place of Performance
All work under the contract shall be performed at the contractor’s shipyard unless otherwise specified.
