Description of Requirements The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award one firm-fixed price, 5-year (base plus four option years) contract for the acquisition of janitorial services in Homer, Alaska in accordance with the attached performance work statement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
