Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis to identify key strategic priorities and objectives for the USFWS Alaska Regional Office. This will involve gathering input from stakeholders, conducting environmental scans, and assessing current and future challenges and opportunities. The contractor will also be required to facilitate strategic planning sessions, develop performance measures, and create an actionable plan that aligns with the agency's mission and goals.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 12 months, during which the contractor will complete all tasks related to developing the Strategic Intent Plan.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the USFWS Alaska Regional Office in Anchorage, Alaska. However, there may be additional travel required within the state of Alaska to engage with stakeholders in various locations.
