USDA Forest Service Region 13 Zone 5 Law Enforcement Vehicle Upfitting

Background
The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigation Program is seeking to upfit various types of duty vehicles in accordance with Forest Service Law Enforcement National Standards and Specifications. This initiative aims to enhance the operational capabilities of law enforcement vehicles used by the USDA Forest Service, which serves as the Central Ordering Office for the Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigation National Fleet in the Continental United States.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts and materials for the upfitting process. This includes picking up duty vehicles from various National Forest locations and returning them to designated delivery addresses after completion of work. The anticipated delivery date for the upfitted vehicles is no later than 120 days from the date of award or notice to proceed. The work must adhere to specific standards outlined in RFQ ATTACHMENT 2, 'Statement of Work,' and RFQ ATTACHMENT 3, 'LEI Marking and Decals.' The contractor must ensure Free On Board (FOB) Destination Pricing unless otherwise specified. The contract will include a line item for each Forest Service item and delivery location, with detailed specifications provided in RFQ ATTACHMENT 1, 'Schedule of Items.'

Period of Performance
120 days from contract award or notice to proceed.
