The Contractor shall coordinate with the POC to minimize interference with Coast Guard operations or personnel. All work shall be coordinated with other trades involved in the project and carefully laid out in advance.
Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 7-10 business days after award is made. Anticipated award date: Aug 26, 2024

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Below work will be completed onboard Causeway Island.
2. Contractor shall provide ALL labor and materials necessary to complete the project.
3. Contractor shall comply with submittal requirements if applicable.
4. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations.
5. Contractor shall tool out deteriorated sealant from around eight (8) windows on the West side of building, please see Figure 1 and one (1) window on the South side of the building, please see Figure 2.
6. Contractor shall clean the surface using acetone cleaner, to remove dirt, dust, oils, and other bond breaking contaminants.
7. Contractor shall install painter's tape, for an aesthetically pleasing finish.
8. Contractor shall apply a bead of high-grade urethane sealant around the perimeter of all nine (9) windows and tool into place, as per industry standards.
9. Contractor shall trace cut cracks in exterior wall and parapet wall leak areas using a masonry blade.
10. Contractor shall clean crack areas using Xylem and rags.
11. Contractor shall apply a bead of high-grade urethane sealant along the exterior wall crack and parapet wall.
12. Contractor shall apply one coat of new con-flex concrete waterproofing paint onto the entire exterior wall areas, to include around the windows. Please refer to Figure 1 & 2.

1. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all trash and debris from project area upon completion.
2. All work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
XIII: WARRANTY: Submit three signed copies of Manufacturer's Product Warranty for entrance system as follows:
1. Warranty Period: Three years from date of completion of the project, provided that the limited warranty begins in no event later than six months from date of shipment by manufacturer. Ensure warranty language is identical to as approved version of the sample warranty submitted and returned from the COR.
