Background
The U.S. Army War College (USAWC) is seeking to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligence augmentation (IA) technology into their educational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. The goal is to provide a COTS unclassified one-year Strategic Advisor Artificial Intelligence software, which will enhance students' and faculty's learning experiences by providing valid and reliable data-based insights and recommendations.

Work Details
This non-personal service(s) contract requires the provision of a COTS one-year unclassified Strategic Advisor Artificial Intelligence software and other components as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to perform the services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents.
The contractor must perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in the PWS and associated contract documents.

The performance location for this contract is the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) at Carlisle Barracks, PA.
