The purpose of this Sources Sought is to provide industry the opportunity to identify themselves as interested sources capable of providing a non-personal services contract to design, build and maintain service at the USASOC booth at SOF WEEK 2024 in Tampa, FL. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

Background
The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is seeking industry sources capable of providing a non-personal services contract to design, build, and maintain service at the USASOC booth at SOF WEEK 2024 in Tampa, FL. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to provide industry the opportunity to identify themselves as interested sources. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

Work Details
The work includes designing, building, and maintaining a rental display booth with specific requirements such as shipping to Tampa Convention Center, manpower for booth installation and technical setup for LED screen, specific dimensions for display booth and backwall with full mural graphics, table and counter with storage, LED screen with connecting hardware and computer, adjustable bar height chairs, and other requirements. The setup is scheduled on Sunday, 5 May 2024 from 0800-1700 EST and tear-down on Thursday, 9 May 2024 from 1500-2200 EST.

The period of performance for this contract is from the setup on Sunday, 5 May 2024 to the tear-down on Thursday, 9 May 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, FL for SOF WEEK 2024.
