The purpose of Amendment 1 is to update and revise sections of the RFP #72016823R00003 USAID's Support to Electoral Integrity in BiH Activity.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (USAID/BiH) anticipates awarding a four-year Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee Completion contract to implement the USAID's Support to Electoral Integrity in BiH Activity.

USAID encourages offerors to indicate its interest in this solicitation by submitting a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L - Instructions to Offerors. USAID will evaluate the responsive proposals in accordance with the evaluation factors provided in Section M - Evaluation Factors. In addition, USAID encourages the participation of U.S. Small Businesses in this activity as prime or subcontractors.

Please submit your proposals to oaasarajevoproposals@usaid.gov by 4:00 p.m., Sarajevo time, May 10, 2023. Receipt time is when the proposal is received by USAID Washington internet server.

Deadline for submission of questions or requests for information is 4:00 p.m., Sarajevo time, April 7, 2023.

This RFP does not obligate the United States Government to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
